Since our establishment in 2016, Ultra Gym has been engineered to motivate and changing peoples mindsets around health and fitness.

We view fitness as a fundamental aspect of life and have created a welcoming environment for all our members.

Ultra Strong

Find Your Inner Strength

Join us every Tuesday & Thursday

6:30-7:30pm.

Ultra Strong is the perfect class for anyone wanting to improve strength, tone up and drop body fat. This class uses a wide range of resistance equipment including dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells to help you smash your strength goals in 2023.

Ultra Burn

Torch That Unwanted Fat

Join us every Monday at 6-7pm & Saturday 9-10am.

Ultra Burn is a fast paced, high intensity work out guaranteed to get you sweating. Utilising a wide range or body weight exercises, functional training equipment and pad work techniques Ultra Burn will help improve your cardiovascular fitness levels and burn those extra calories.

Ultra Blast

Start Your Day Right

Join us every Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6:30-7:15am.

Ultra AM Blast is the ultimate 45minute, full body work out. Whether you're after toned arms, tighter thighs or a step closer to that flat stomach Ultra AM Blast covers it all. Using a blend of body weight, resistance and functional exercises you will soon see your body shape change for the better.

Ultra Legs, Bums & Tums

Tone Up Time

Join us every Thursday 9:30-10:30am.

This class is ideal for parents to attend straight from the school run with its 9:30am start time. Ultra L,B,T is a weight based session looking at increasing muscular tone, reducing body fat and sculpting that shapely figure.

Ultra Pilates

Stretch & Flexibility

Join us every Monday 12:30-1:15pm.

Ultra Pilates is a fantastic opportunity to improve mobility, flexibility and posture in a slower passed class.

With the aim on control, this class will tone, prevent injury and improve all-round movement, suitable for any age and ability.

Ultra Kids

Active Kids Are Happy Kids

Join us every Tuesday 4:30-5:30pm.

Ultra Kids is a fun and friendly class for 5+ year olds to keep fit and active. 

These sessions aim to educate about health and fitness, teach basic gym movements, improve confidence and social skills through a wide range of fun and engaging games, competitions and events. Ideal for kids needing to burn off that extra energy or needing a change from the every day sports clubs.

Ultra Barbell Club

Train Your Inner Athlete

Join us every Saturday 10-11am.

Ultra Barbell Club is an Olympic lifting technique class. Beginner to experienced lifter there is coaching for everyone. This class gives you a great insight into the technical movements of Olympic lifting and power based exercises. If you fancy trying something totally different and fancy learning some new gym skills. This is the class for you.

Ultra Rugby Tots

Rugby Focused Skills

Join us every Monday 11:30-12:15pm

 

Rugby Tots is a rugby based skills session developing core skills and confidence.

Working on balance, coordination and movement skills, while incorporating the skills of the game of rugby such as catching, passing and tackling, all in a fun and engaging environment.
